San Francisco, CA – On Monday morning, a concerning police chase resulted in a crash at the intersection of San Bruno and Paul Avenue, leaving two individuals injured. The incident occurred around 3:20 a.m. near 9th and Howard Street.
The San Francisco Police Department reported that the vehicle in question was failing to yield when officers attempted to pull it over for various traffic violations. During the pursuit, the vehicle lost control and collided with a pole, while a police cruiser crashed into a nearby building at San Bruno and Paul Avenue.
Responders rushed the injured SFPD officers to the hospital, where they were treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Meanwhile, the suspects inside the vehicle tried to escape the scene on foot but were apprehended by the authorities.
