FRESNO, CA – A tragic head-on collision occurred on Highway 33 near Highway 198 on Sunday night, resulting in the deaths of two individuals. The crash took place around 8:40 p.m. when a northbound Lexus, moving at a high speed in the opposite lane, collided head-on with a southbound Honda sedan.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the immense impact of the crash ejected the Honda driver into the roadway. Additionally, the Lexus caught fire following the collision. Both drivers were tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
