[12-02-2024] – Fnu Himanshu Arrested in Tragic DUI Crash on Fowler Avenue

Clovis, CA – In the early hours of Sunday, authorities took Fnu Himanshu into custody following a tragic DUI accident on Fowler Avenue. This serious incident occurred around 2:00 a.m. at Fowler Avenue and Gettysburg Avenue.

According to the Clovis Police Department, a westbound Hyundai, traveling significantly, ran a red light and collided with a southbound Hyundai. The impact of this crash was severe, causing both vehicles to lose control and strike three other vehicles, two of which were parked in private driveways.

Sadly, a female passenger in the southbound Hyundai lost her life in this terrible accident. Paramedics rushed the 19-year-old driver of the westbound Hyundai, identified as Himanshu from Clovis, along with two of his passengers and the occupants of the other struck vehicle, to a hospital where they were treated for unspecified injuries.

In the aftermath, authorities arrested Himanshu on multiple felony charges. The circumstances leading up to this unfortunate crash remain unclear. The Clovis Police Department’s Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate the incident, and the public will be informed as soon as more information is available.
