Legal Options After a Fatal Crash in Sacramento County

Families deserve clear answers after a collision takes someone they love. When another party’s negligence causes death, eligible relatives may pursue a wrongful death claim. California law determines which family members qualify to bring that claim. Responsibility must be established through evidence, not assumptions about the crash.

People injured through another party’s negligence may also pursue personal injury claims. Compensation may address medical expenses, lost earnings, ongoing treatment, and emotional harm. Each claim depends on evidence connecting the responsible party’s actions to those losses.
