Santa Ana, CA (April 5, 2025) โ Authorities have identified four teenagers who were killed in a devastating crash late Saturday night in Santa Ana. The crash occurred around 11:25 p.m. on Segerstrom Avenue, between Raitt and Greenville streets, according to the Santa Ana Police Department.
Police say the driver of a Lexus sedan, Emanuel Gonzalez Martinez, 18, was speeding when he lost control and slammed into a tree. He was among the four people pronounced dead at the scene. Two others were transported to the hospital with serious injuries.

A fifth teenager, who attends Carr Intermediate School, is currently on life support with no signs of brain activity as of Tuesday, according to Officer Natalie Garcia.
Arely Roblesโ father, Ignacio Robles, spoke with reporters and shared his heartbreak. โShe was a good kid,โ he said. โShe didnโt talk much, didnโt do drugs, didnโt drink.โ His other daughter, Arlene, also a passenger in the car, is being treated for serious injuries at a local hospital.
The crash remains under active investigation by Santa Ana Police. Speed is believed to be a primary factor.
