Folsom, CA - Injuries Reported in Two-Vehicle Crash on US-50 East

Folsom, CA (April 16, 2025) – A two-vehicle collision on U.S. Highway 50 East in Folsom resulted in injuries on Wednesay afternoon, April 16, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The crash occurred around 4:54 p.m. near the transition between lane 2 and the slow lane.

Emergency crews responded swiftly, and at least one person was evaluated for injuries at the scene. The severity of the injuries has not been confirmed.

CHP officials said one of the involved vehicles was moved to the shoulder, and a tow truck was requested for the other due to damage. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
