San Francisco, CA – 47-Year-Old Man Killed in Hit-and-Run on Bayshore Blvd

San Francisco, CA (May 12, 2025) – A 47-year-old man was fatally struck in a hit-and-run early Monday at Bayshore Boulevard and Jerrold Avenue in San Francisco’s Bayview District, police said.

Officers responded to the scene around 6:04 a.m. and found the victim unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.

The driver involved fled the area before police arrived. The victim’s identity has not yet been released, pending notification of next of kin. No suspect or vehicle description has been made public.

The incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact SFPD.
