Fallbrook, CA (May 10, 2025) –ย Three people were hospitalized Saturday evening following a collision on State Route 76 near Old Highway 395, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash, which occurred around 8:16 p.m., involved a gray Mini Cooper sedan and a white Sprinter van. CHP reports that the man driving the Mini Cooper and his wife were pulled from the vehicle and transported to Palomar Hospital with unspecified injuries.
A third occupant of the sedan was found unconscious at the scene and was also taken to the hospital. One individual from the van is believed to have been hospitalized as well.
Authorities have not yet released details on what caused the crash. The investigation remains ongoing.
