Albany, CA (July 10, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash involving a Hybrid Prius and a white SUV caused injuries and traffic disruption Thursday morning on the westbound Eastshore Freeway, just east of the city off-ramp, northwest of Oakland, according to the California Highway Patrol.
At around 8:34 a.m., CHP responded to the collision, which was blocking one to two lanes of the freeway.
Officials have not released further details on the cause of the crash or the extent of the injuries. The incident remains under investigation.
