Arden-Arcade, CA (May 15, 2025) – A crash on Cottage Way near Landon Lane left a driver seriously injured and led to the hospitalization of an infant Thursday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident occurred around 3:15 p.m. and involved at least two vehicles, one of which overturned and landed on its side. Emergency crews from the Metropolitan Fire District responded to the scene and provided care to those involved.
The driver suffered severe injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital. An infant passenger was also taken to the hospital for precautionary evaluation. The childโs condition has not been disclosed.
CHP officers are investigating the cause of the crash. Additional information will be released as the investigation develops.
