Atwater, CA (May 17, 2025) – Two people were injured in a five-vehicle crash on southbound State Route 99 at East Atwater Boulevard, the California Highway Patrol reports.
The collision occurred around 3:21 p.m. Saturday and involved four cars and a motorcycle. Both injured motorists suffered minor injuries and were treated on the scene before being taken to local hospitals.
CHP says one driver is under investigation for possible DUI.
