Bella Vista, CA (May 11, 2025) – A single-vehicle crash occurred early Sunday morning on Interstate 5 in Bella Vista, resulting in a vehicle going over an embankment and into a nearby river, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported around 3:38 a.m. Emergency crews responded to the scene to assist with recovery operations and manage traffic. A tow truck was called to remove the submerged vehicle, which was later taken into third-party custody.
No injuries were confirmed. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
