Brentwood, CA (May 28, 2025) – Two people were killed when a head-on collision occurred Wednesday night on Highway 4 near Balfour Road, the California Highway Patrol reports.
CHP indicates the crash happened around 10:15 p.m. when one vehicle crossed into oncoming lanes and struck another. Thirty-four-year-old Gabriel Biadgi of Antioch was pronounced dead at the scene; the second victim’s identity remains pending family notification. CHP’s Bay Area Division is investigating whether speed or driver error contributed.
