Brentwood, CA – One Killed in Workplace Accident at Walnut Blvd Job Site

Brentwood, CA (May 5, 2025) – A 54-year-old man was killed Monday afternoon in a workplace accident involving heavy machinery at a job site in the 3900 block of Walnut Boulevard, according to Brentwood authorities.

The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. when the worker became pinned beneath a large piece of equipment while performing his duties. Emergency crews, including Brentwood Police, fire personnel, and paramedics, responded quickly, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene due to the severity of his injuries.

The identity of the victim has not yet been released, pending notification of next of kin. Authorities have not confirmed whether Cal/OSHA is involved in the investigation, which remains ongoing.
