Carmichael, CA (March 5, 2025) – A child was injured in a bicycle crash early Tuesday morning at the intersection of Dewey Drive and Hillhurst Drive in Carmichael, according to local authorities.

The incident occurred at approximately 7:48 a.m. Emergency responders from Metro Fire arrived on scene and transported the injured minor to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. The extent of the injuries has not yet been disclosed.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and officials have not confirmed whether the driver involved remained at the scene. Authorities continue to examine the circumstances leading up to the collision.
