Concord, CA (May 8, 2025) – A major collision involving six vehicles occurred Thursday morning on southbound Interstate 680 at the Willow Pass Road East on-ramp in Concord, according to local authorities.
The crash was reported at approximately 8:01 a.m. and involved a Chevrolet 3500, a 4-door Honda, a small SUV, and additional vehicles. Multiple vehicles required towing due to the severity of the impact.
Emergency responders arrived quickly to assess the scene and coordinate removal of the damaged vehicles. No official confirmation of injuries has been released at this time, and the cause of the crash is under investigation.
