Davis, CA (May 11, 2025) – A hit-and-run collision on eastbound Interstate 80 near County Road 32A claimed one life in the early morning hours, the California Highway Patrol reports.
CHP detectives believe the vehicle responsible is a white 2016–2018 Hyundai Elantra. Investigators have not released the victim’s identity pending family notification.
Officers are canvassing for witnesses and reviewing surveillance in the area. Anyone with information is urged to contact the CHP Woodland office at 530-702-6250.
