East Sacramento, CA – Cyclist Injured in Crash on La Riviera Dr

East Sacramento, CA (June 8, 2025) – A cyclist was injured when struck by a vehicle on La Riviera Drive Sunday night, the California Highway Patrol reports.

Sacramento Fire Department paramedics arrived after the 10:01 p.m. collision near the 8800 block and treated the cyclist at the scene before transporting to a local hospital.

CHP investigators are canvassing for witnesses and surveillance footage to determine whether the driver remained or fled before officers arrived.
