Elk Grove, CA (April 30, 2025) – A three-vehicle collision involving a small white sedan, an RV, and a big rig occurred Wednesday afternoon on southbound Interstate 5 at Elk Grove Boulevard. The crash was reported around 3:16 p.m.
Emergency responders arrived swiftly, finding the sedan wedged between the RV and the semi-truck, with significant vehicle damage. The middle lane was blocked as crews worked to assist the injured and clear the wreckage.
Tow trucks were called to the scene, and traffic was temporarily redirected around the crash site. The California Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
