Central Los Angeles, CA (August 31, 2025) – A fatal traffic collision occurred on I-110 South near W Florence Avenue in Los Angeles. The incident involved a black Kia and two motorcycles.
At approximately 7:23 PM, one of the motorcycles collided with the black Kia, blocking lanes on the freeway. Emergency responders, including LAPD and LAFD, arrived at the scene, where the rider of the motorcycle sustained fatal injuries. The collision caused significant traffic disruptions, leading to a closure of multiple lanes.
A SigAlert was issued for approximately three hours, and tow services were called to clear the vehicles. The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
