Folsom, CA (May 9, 2025) – A serious crash involving five vehicles occurred Friday afternoon on White Rock Road in Folsom, leaving multiple people injured, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident was reported at approximately 4:22 p.m. and included two separate collisions at the same location. One vehicle reportedly overturned several times, while another blocked the eastbound lanes. Debris was scattered across the roadway, adding to the hazards.
Two vehicles veered off the road – one stopping about 10 feet away and another roughly 25 feet off the roadway. Emergency responders transported at least one group of injured occupants to UC Davis Medical Center for treatment. The number and severity of injuries remain under investigation.
Tow trucks were called to remove the wrecked vehicles, and CHP investigators remained on-site to assess the crash scene.
The cause of the incident is still under review.
