Galt, CA (April 29, 2025) – One person was injured following a multi-vehicle crash Tuesday evening along Alta Mesa Road near Highway 104 in the Galt area of South Sacramento, according to the California Highway Patrol. The collision occurred around 5:33 p.m., prompting a response from CHP and local emergency services.
First responders provided medical aid at the scene before transporting the injured individual to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. The extent of their injuries has not been disclosed.
