Los Angeles, CA (October 04, 2025) – A hit-and-run collision early today morning on southbound State Route 2 near Colorado Boulevard left a mini-bike rider injured, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The incident occurred around 3:31 a.m., when the rider, wearing a red hoodie, was struck by a Toyota Camry. Emergency responders reported the rider sustained injuries, including a possible broken arm, and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Tow services from Hollywood Car Carrier and Viertels Towing were dispatched to the scene. CHP confirmed that the driver of the Toyota Camry fled the scene, and the incident is being investigated as a hit-and-run with injuries.
Authorities are seeking any information from witnesses regarding the suspect vehicle and driver.
