Sacramento, CA (September 07, 2025) – A fatal pedestrian accident was reported today afternoon on Point Pleasant Road in Sacramento, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The crash occurred at approximately 3:44 p.m. near 3129 Point Pleasant Road, where a vehicle struck a pedestrian.
Emergency crews, including fire and medical responders, rushed to the scene. The victim, identified in the report as Jane Doe, was transported by Cosumnes Fire Medic 72 to Kaiser Permanente South.
CHP confirmed that the pedestrian died from injuries sustained in the collision. The cause of the accident remains under investigation, and no further details have been released.
