Los Angeles, CA – Motorcyclist Injured in Morning Crash on Northbound I-110 Near Manchester Ave

Los Angeles, CA (April 10, 2025) – A motorcyclist was injured Thursday morning in a crash on northbound Interstate 110, just south of West Manchester Avenue in Los Angeles, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The collision occurred around 7:58 a.m., during the morning commute. Initial reports from CHP traffic logs indicated that the motorcyclist went down in the middle freeway lanes, possibly in lane #3 or #4. By the time emergency personnel arrived on scene, all involved parties had moved to the right shoulder.

Paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire Department responded under a code 1141 call, indicating that ambulance transport was necessary. While the exact condition of the rider has not been confirmed, the fact that the individual was conscious and responsive at the scene suggests the injuries may not have been life-threatening.

The crash caused some traffic delays, but no major closures were reported as the scene was quickly cleared to the shoulder. CHP officers are continuing their investigation to determine the cause of the crash, including whether factors like lane changes or driver visibility may have contributed.

Our thoughts are with the injured motorcyclist, and we hope for a quick and full recovery.
