Martinez, CA – Minor Injuries Reported in Multi-Car Crash on I-680

Martinez, CA (June 18, 2025) – Minor injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon on northbound Interstate 680 just south of State Route 4, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash, reported at approximately 5:37 p.m., involved a silver Mercedes coupe, a maroon Honda Accord, and a blue Ford Mustang Mach-E. Firefighters from Contra Costa County responded and provided medical aid to those injured. It is not yet clear how many individuals require treatment.

CHP is investigating the cause of the collision.
