Pinole, CA (October 09, 2025) – At least one person suffered minor injuries in a multi-vehicle collision Thursday evening on eastbound Interstate 80 just east of the Appian Way off-ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The crash, which involved three vehicles, occurred around 8:06 p.m. The Contra Costa County Fire Department responded with two engines and two ambulances.
It is unclear if the injured person was hospitalized. CHP officers are investigating the cause of the collision.
