Santa Clarita, CA (September 28, 2025) – A motorcycle rider was injured Sunday evening in a hit-and-run crash on the southbound SR-14 connector to southbound I-5 in Santa Clarita, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The crash was reported at approximately 9:40 p.m., when a black Hyundai was involved in a collision with a motorcycle. Emergency responders found the motorcycle rider lying in the center divider. The extent of the injuries has not been fully confirmed, though CHP reported that several bystanders assisted at the scene.
Traffic on the HOV lanes was temporarily stopped while emergency personnel from LACOFD and tow services from Town Center Tow assisted.
CHP continues to investigate the hit-and-run crash and is seeking information on the suspect vehicle.
