Modesto, CA (September 29, 2025) – A motorcycle rider was killed Monday night in a single-vehicle crash near the intersection of East Briggsmore Avenue and Coffee Road in Modesto, according to the Modesto Police Department.
The crash occurred just after 8:00 p.m. Emergency responders arrived on the scene, but the motorcyclist died from their injuries.
As investigators worked the scene, eastbound Briggsmore Avenue was closed between Sunrise Avenue and Coffee Road. The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and the identity of the motorcyclist has not been released.
