Napa, CA – Woman and Juvenile Injured in Head-On SUV and Pickup Truck Collision on S.R. 121

Napa, CA (July 5, 2025) – A 65-year-old woman and a young juvenile were injured in a head-on collision on S.R. 121 (Monticello Road), just south of Waters Road, on Saturday morning.

At around 11:30 a.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to the crash involving a white SUV and a black pickup truck towing a seafood trailer. Officials confirmed that both the woman and the juvenile complained of pain following the collision. Emergency crews from Cal Fire Napa arrived at the scene and transported the injured individuals to a nearby hospital. The crash blocked a significant portion of the roadway, creating traffic disruptions.

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is investigating the cause of the incident.
