Nevada City, CA (April 12, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash involving an Amazon delivery truck and a Mazda CX-30 occurred yesterday afternoon at the intersection of Tyler Foote Road and Sages Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision was reported at approximately 12:24 p.m. The Mazda sustained significant damage, including a displaced left rear tire, while the Amazon truck veered off the roadway and came to rest in a ditch.
Emergency crews responded promptly, implementing traffic control measures as lane closures and obstructions caused delays in the area. By 1:54 p.m., the scene was cleared and normal traffic flow resumed.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Authorities have not released details regarding any injuries.
