North Sacramento, CA - Pedestrian Injured by Toyota Prius on Howe Avenue

North Sacramento, CA (April 20, 2025) – A pedestrian was injured Sunday evening after being hit by a Toyota Prius in the Arden-Arcade area, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The incident occurred around 5:20 p.m. in the 1100 block of Howe Avenue. Emergency medical services responded to treat the pedestrian at the scene. The extent of the injuries has not been disclosed, and the pedestrian has not been publicly identified.

Authorities have not confirmed whether the pedestrian was in a crosswalk or if the driver remained on scene. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
