North Sacramento, CA (April 18, 2025) – A pedestrian was injured in a hit-and-run collision late Friday night, April 18, at the intersection of Watt Avenue and Longview Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident occurred around 10:49 p.m. when the pedestrian was struck by a black Mercedes, which fled the scene before authorities arrived. Emergency crews responded swiftly, providing medical care on-site before transporting the injured individual to a nearby hospital. The current condition of the victim has not been released.
Authorities have launched an investigation and are actively working to identify the suspect vehicle and driver. Witnesses are encouraged to contact CHP with any relevant information.
