North Sacramento, CA – Two-Vehicle Injury Crash Reported on E Street Near Downtown

North Sacramento, CA (April 21, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash with injuries occurred Monday morning on E Street near downtown, according to the California Highway Patrol. 

The collision occurred around 7:06 a.m. in front of 2131 E Street and involved a green Ford pickup truck and a silver Mercedes sedan. Both vehicles came to rest on the right side of the roadway following the impact.

Emergency crews from the Sacramento Fire Department responded quickly to assess the scene and provide medical aid. Paramedics treated individuals at the site, and at least one person required further medical evaluation. The total number of injured parties transported to the hospital has not been confirmed.

CHP classified the incident as an injury crash at approximately 7:13 a.m. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
