Oakland, CA (July 15, 2025) – A crash involving a semi-truck and a sedan occurred on the southbound side of the Interstate 880 Freeway near 5th Ave in Oakland on Tuesday afternoon.
The collision was reported around 12:43 p.m., and emergency responders from Oakland Fire and medical services arrived to provide care. At least one person was treated at the scene and transported to a nearby hospital. The extent of the injuries has not been disclosed.
