Oakland, CA (May 26, 2025) – A motorcyclist was injured when the bike struck the roadway at the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and MacArthur Boulevard, initial reports say.
The collision happened shortly after 1:00 a.m. Monday under low-visibility conditions. Oakland Fire and Rescue crews arrived within minutes to provide on-scene care.
The rider was assessed and then transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. Officials have not yet confirmed whether another vehicle was involved; the investigation remains active.
