Oakland, CA (May 26, 2025) – One person was injured Monday evening when two vehicles collided at 78th Avenue and International Boulevard, the Oakland Police Department reports.
The crash occurred around 7:50 p.m. Emergency crews treated the injured party on scene before transporting the victim to a nearby hospital; the condition has not been disclosed.
Witnesses say one vehicle may have attempted an unsafe turn. Officers secured the area and are investigating factors such as speed and signal compliance. Traffic was briefly slowed as crews cleared the vehicles and gathered evidence.
