Oakland, CA (June 8, 2025) – One person was injured when two vehicles collided at 96th Avenue and Cherry Street in East Oakland, the Oakland Police Department reports.
The crash occurred around 9:40 p.m. Sunday in a residential neighborhood. Paramedics treated the injured person on scene before transporting the victim to a local hospital; the condition has not been released.
An Oakland PD investigation is underway to determine the cause.
