Oakland, CA (May 24, 2025) – A four-vehicle collision on eastbound Interstate 80 near Barrett Avenue left one person with serious injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Fire and paramedic crews arrived around 8:04 p.m., treated the injured driver on-scene, and transported them to a nearby hospital. Emergency responders cleared the wreckage overnight, and CHP investigators continue to determine what led to the crash.
