Palo Alto, CA (May 31, 2025) – Stanford student Aradshar C. was killed when his electric bike was struck by a Honda Accord near Palm Drive and Arboretum Road, the California Highway Patrol reports.
The collision occurred around 2:57 a.m. Saturday when the Honda Accord, driven by a local resident, collided with the Tuttio Adria e-bike as the student rode through the intersection. CHP officers and Palo Alto Fire Department paramedics responded immediately.
Aradshar C. was transported to Stanford Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Honda driver remained on scene and cooperated with law enforcement. No signs of impairment from drugs or alcohol were detected.
Investigators continue to examine surveillance footage and witness statements to determine the exact cause of the crash.
