South Los Angeles, CA (August 31, 2025) – Early this morning, at approximately 1:49 AM, a fatal pedestrian accident occurred at the intersection of Wilmington Avenue and E 120th Street in South Los Angeles. The incident involved an unknown vehicle striking the pedestrian, who sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver fled the scene, and at the time of the report, no vehicle description was available. Emergency responders and authorities are investigating the incident, and evidence was collected by Kruger Tow.
