Fresno, CA (September 30) – A major injury crash occurred early Tuesday morning on northbound State Route 99 near the Belmont Avenue on-ramp in Fresno, involving a white pickup truck, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The pickup truck reportedly collided with a cement wall on the right-hand side of the roadway, causing major injuries to the two occupants. Emergency responders arrived promptly, and at least one person was transported to CRMC for treatment. Another vehicle had stopped nearby to assist at the scene.
Tow services from D and K Towing were dispatched to remove the pickup truck.
CHP has classified the incident as a major injury collision and continues to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
