Port Costa, CA (June 8, 2025) – One person was injured when the vehicle was involved in a collision on CA-4 East just east of the Cummings Skyway interchange, CHP reports.
At about 5:47 p.m., CHP Vallejo officers responded to the scene and found one occupant with injuries. Emergency medical personnel treated the individual at the scene before transporting the patient to a nearby hospital; the extent of injuries remains unconfirmed. CHP is reviewing road conditions, vehicle speed, and driver actions as part of the ongoing investigation.
