Santa Ana, CA – Richardson Ayala, 67, of Anaheim Killed in Food Truck Crash on Warner Avenue

Santa Ana, CA (October 07, 2025) – Richardson Ayala, 67, of Anaheim, tragically died Tuesday night in a rollover crash on the 200 block of Warner Avenue near Broadway, the Santa Ana Police Department reported.

Ayala was driving a food truck when he attempted to make a left turn onto Broadway and collided with an oncoming Chevrolet Trailblazer. The impact caused the food truck to overturn, ejecting Ayala from the vehicle. Emergency personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.

Two other people involved in the crash sustained minor injuries and were taken to local hospitals. The crash remains under investigation by the Santa Ana Police Department’s Collision Investigation Unit.
