Sacramento, CA (May 2, 2025) – A bicyclist sustained serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle Friday evening near the intersection of Fruitridge Road and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, according to the Sacramento Police Department.
The incident occurred around 6:15 p.m. in a high-traffic corridor frequently used by both motorists and pedestrians. Responding officers found the bicyclist with significant injuries. The individual was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Their current condition has not been publicly disclosed.
