Sacramento, CA (April 26, 2025) – A five-vehicle crash was reported Saturday morning on State Route 99 South near 12th Avenue in Sacramento, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The vehicles involved included a red small SUV, a black SUV, a black trailer, a Range Rover, and a maroon Honda Pilot. The collision occurred during the morning commute, causing major traffic disruptions as debris blocked multiple lanes.
Emergency crews responded promptly to manage the scene and assist with vehicle removal. By 7:39 a.m., most lanes were reopened, although significant traffic delays continued due to residual congestion.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by CHP. No injuries have been confirmed at this time.
