Sacramento, CA (April 10, 2025) – Four people were injured in a multi-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon on Highway 50, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The collision occurred at approximately 12:27 p.m. on the westbound side of US-50 near Stockton Boulevard. CHP officials reported that a white semi-truck rear-ended a blue Nissan, triggering a chain-reaction crash involving a Subaru and several other vehicles.

Paramedics responded and provided medical aid to four injured individuals, including two juveniles who reported pain at the scene. All injuries were treated on site or required further medical evaluation.

Tow trucks removed several damaged vehicles, including the Nissan, which sustained major rear-end damage, and the semi-truck, which lost a tire in the collision.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation by CHP.

We send our best wishes to all those injured and hope for a full recovery.
