Sacramento, CA - One Injured in Crash at Myrtle & Watt Ave

Sacramento, CA (June 16, 2025) – A two-vehicle collision just after midnight left one person injured in the northeast Sacramento intersection of Myrtle Avenue and Watt Avenue.

The crash occurred around 12:14 a.m. amid light traffic and poor overnight visibility. Sacramento Fire Department paramedics treated multiple people on scene and transported one individual to a nearby hospital; others were assessed and released.

Sacramento police blocked the intersection for over an hour to clear debris and begin their investigation. Officers are reviewing whether factors such as fatigue, impairment, or a traffic-signal violation contributed to the wreck.

We wish those injured a swift and full recovery.
