Sacramento, CA (May 21, 2025) – One person was injured when a Nissan Altima and a tractor-trailer collided on northbound State Route 99 at 12th Avenue, the California Highway Patrol reports.
The crash occurred around 11:49 a.m. Wednesday. Emergency crews from CHP and the Sacramento Fire Department arrived promptly, treating the injured motorist before arranging transport to a local hospital.
A tow truck was called to remove the disabled vehicles, and CHP traffic detectives are investigating the cause of the collision.
