Sacramento, CA (May 1, 2025) – A late-night crash involving a blue semi-truck and another vehicle disrupted traffic on Interstate 5 South near Jno Airport Boulevard. The incident occurred around 11:18 p.m., prompting a swift emergency response.
According to reports, multiple lanes were closed due to the collision, causing significant delays for southbound drivers. Emergency personnel on-site implemented ramp diversions and worked to clear the blue semi (identified as C47-030) and a second vehicle (C183) from the roadway.
Traffic has since resumed, but authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
